Carolinian Canada Coalition is a network of leaders growing healthy landscapes for a green future in the Carolinian Zone, Canada’s extraordinary far south, in the spirit and practice of reconciliation. We connect science, community and business for healthy ecosystems and climate-smart neighbourhoods from Toronto to Windsor, Ontario. Our cross-sector platforms connect 300 groups, 5,000 volunteers, and 37,000 hectares to save local wildlife, water and our way of life and support 14 UN Sustainable Development Goals (2020).

Our annual signature event, Hope in the Land Expo, is running at the Western Fair District Agriplex in London on APRIL 5, 2025! Creativian is a youth organization – made by youth, for youth, that works to educate and create change through fun and artistic ways, expanding ones creative mind. Art displays our emotional power. The Crohn's and Colitis Foundation is a volunteer-driven non-profit organization dedicated to finding cures for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis and improving the quality of life of children and adults affected by these digestive diseases

Crouch Neighbourhood Resource Centre (Crouch NRC) is a registered charity based in the Hamilton Road neighbourhood of London, Ontario. Crouch NRC works to build a healthy community where everyone belongs and can access resources with dignity. Residents are supported with basic needs such as emergency food and hygiene items, income stability through social assistance applications and income tax filing and recreational opportunities for adults, seniors, children and families.
