The Learning Disabilities Association – London Region is a charitable, not-for-profit agency that serves the City of London as well as Middlesex, Elgin and Oxford counties. Through program offerings, individual coaching, advocacy and community resources, the LDA – London Region provides the ongoing strategies and accommodations people with Learning Disabilities need to succeed.
The Young Politicians of Canada is a nan partisan youth group that aims to empower, educate and involve young people in all levels of government.
In January 2025, the organisation is opening a new municipal chapter in London to help the youth of the city to be more involved with their local politicians.

The London Cross Cultural Learner Centre (CCLC) is a community organization that exists to provide services and support to newcomers and to promote intercultural awareness and understanding. Our vision is to build a more welcoming and just community where newcomers can succeed. Since 1968, our agency is the longest-serving London organization supporting cultural exchange, community education, and newcomer settlement services and support. Settlement support for government-assisted refugees includes accommodation and reception in Jeremiah's House Reception Centre and Joseph’s House; settlement supports for GARS, permanent residents, and all other eligible newcomers include orientation services, paraprofessional counseling, language assessment, and referral, community networking connections, and activities, information and referral, document translation, interpretation and language support, intercultural services and resources, job search and employment supports.
The London Food Coalition is a grassroots network of community organizations working together to transform how food is shared, valued, and experienced. We collect high-quality, surplus food from farms, suppliers, and retailers across London. Then, we redistribute that food to frontline organizations such as shelters, meal programs, community centres, and Indigenous organizations. Our work ensures that good food reaches those who need it most, while also reducing food waste and strengthening local networks.
London Health Sciences Centre is one of Canada’s largest acute care teaching hospitals and the largest employer in the region with more than 13,000 staff and physicians. London Road Races, organizes and hosts numerous running events throughout the year. Our events help support local charitable organizations in London. All our events are family oriented and offer options for the whole family. Some of our charities include, Bereaved Families SWO, Track 3 Ski school, The London Food Bank, and The Ivey Eye Institute.
The London Scottish Rite Learning Centre provides free tutoring to children with dyslexia. We provide Orton-Gillingham Tutor Training Certification and all supplies. Volunteers provide 2-4 hours a week of their time. Candidates must have a post-secondary diploma, degree or certificate. The London Track 3 Ski School is a non-profit association since 1987, and a leader in providing downhill ski and snowboarding programs for children and adults with a physical, developmental, visual and hearing challenges.
London Track 3 has qualified instructors who have developed many techniques to assist challenged individuals in learning to downhill ski and snowboard and to enjoy these winter activities in a manner that is safe, while at the same time demanding of their physical abilities.
During the 6 week program, commencing the second week in January, our goal is to engage our students in an exhilarating physical and social activity that to many was previously unavailable.
The philosophy of the Association is that people with challenges should be given the chance to experience the joy and exhilaration of skiing and snowboarding while having equal access to high quality instruction and appropriate equipment in order to maximize skill development.
