Culturx (pronounced Cultura) was born with the purpose of celebrating Latin culture and sharing it with everyone else. Because being Latina / Latino/ Latinx in Canada means something different to everyone, for those who just moved to this country and for those who have been here longer or were born here. With that idea and based on our own experiences, we wanted to create a platform for our community to get together, have a space to support each other, share ideas and celebrate. Also, we wanted to create a space where non-Latinos can learn about our culture; inviting them to participate in the multiple events that take place in the city, find information and ultimately celebrate together.

The Home County Folk League enriches and supports the cultural life of London’s four-county community through the presentation of predominantly Canadian roots-oriented music and original crafts and art, at our annual summer festival and various events throughout the year. In all our work, we ensure socially responsible choices and environmental leadership. In 2023, Home County Music & Art Festival will celebrate being London’s premier summer festival with our 48th annual festival. The first Home County took place in 1974, so we're approaching 50 years of music, art and food in downtown London’s beautiful Victoria Park. This "admission by donation" event features Canada’s best roots, traditional and indie folk/pop acts.

Museum London is Southwestern Ontario's leading establishment for the collection and presentation of visual art and material culture. Through public and educational programming, special events and exhibitions, Museum London strives to promote the knowledge and enjoyment of regional art, culture and history. At the heart of a great museum is its collection and Museum London is proud to have one of Canada's most important art collections, and one of the most significant historical artifact collections in Ontario. Our art collection has more than 5,000 regional and Canadian works and our 45,000 artifacts reflect the history of the City of London as an important regional urban centre in Southwestern Ontario. Museum London was established in 1940, operating from the London Public Library until 1980 when architect Raymond Moriyama was commissioned to design its current home at the forks of the Thames River in downtown London, Ontario. In 1989, the then London Regional Art Gallery amalgamated with the London Historical Museum, creating what is known today as Museum London. In the spirit of Truth and Reconciliation we would like to acknowledge that Museum London operates within the traditional territory of the Anishinaabeg, Haudenosaunee, Attawandaron (Neutral), and Wendat peoples. This territory is covered by the Upper Canada Treaties. This territory is the homeland of the Chippewas of the Thames First Nation, Oneida Nation of the Thames, and Munsee Delaware Nation. We also recognize the contributions of Métis, Inuit, and other Indigenous peoples, both in shaping and strengthening this community in particular, and our province and country as a whole.
