Are you passionate about storytelling, media, and making a global impact? The Kindness and Smile Zone is officially expanding, and we want YOU to join our dedicated podcast team for Stories Behind the Pain & Smiles!
Whether you are looking to develop real-world skills or want to help us amplify powerful stories of resilience, hope, and community wellness, this is your chance to make a difference.
Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for passionate, driven, and empathetic youth and young adults to help run our podcast. Roles are flexible based on your interests and include:
• Guest Interviewers & Hosts (conducting interviews, public speaking)
• Media Producers & Editors (editing audio/video, managing behind-the-scenes)
• Outreach & Scriptwriters (planning episodes, drafting interview questions)
No prior expert experience is required, we just want your dedication, empathy, and time!

The Kindness and Smile Zone is a youth led initiative that was started by 14 year old Ayona Jaswal, to help children, especially children in hospitals or clinics, have some fun while learning new things. On our website, you will find different weekly activities for children to do as well as the chance to share your thoughts/work with us! Our mission is simple: Giving children the chance to be creative and have fun, even during the hardest times. The Kindness and Smile Zone also has a program called "Smile Mail" through which we send children kindness cards and letters.
