Join Our Virtual Team and Bring Smiles to Pediatric Patients Worldwide!

About Us: The Kindness and Smile Zone is a global, youth-led organization dedicated to bringing joy, hope, and resilience to children battling illnesses in hospitals. We create and distribute uplifting digital resources to brighten their medical journeys. Because we operate 100% online, our volunteers can make a massive international impact right from their own desks!

The Opportunity: We are looking for enthusiastic, kind-hearted general volunteers to join our team! Instead of being boxed into just one role, our general volunteers get to help out across all of our core projects based on what they enjoy doing most.

As a general volunteer, you can get involved in any (or all!) of the following:

Activity Packs & Cards: Designing vibrant, downloadable digital activity booklets, games, and uplifting greeting cards for pediatric patients.
Blogs & Writing: Crafting inspiring blog posts, articles, and stories that focus on perspective, resilience, and spreading positivity.
Webinars & Events: Helping plan, organize, and execute our interactive online webinars and youth community initiatives.
Social Media & Outreach: Helping spread the word about our mission by creating social content or brainstorming ideas to reach more hospitals and supporters.

The Kindness and Smile Zone is a youth led initiative that was started by 14 year old Ayona Jaswal, to help children, especially children in hospitals or clinics, have some fun while learning new things. On our website, you will find different weekly activities for children to do as well as the chance to share your thoughts/work with us! Our mission is simple: Giving children the chance to be creative and have fun, even during the hardest times. The Kindness and Smile Zone also has a program called "Smile Mail" through which we send children kindness cards and letters.
