Opportunity Description:

The MAPPED Lab is recruiting teens 13-19 years old in London who struggle with sudden mood changes, interpersonal relationship challenges, impulsivity, and identity questioning. Our goal is to see whether an online sleep intervention improves these teens’ overall well-being in hopes of learning more about treating and helping these individuals in the community. Participants will be compensated for their time. Your involvement in the study includes filling out surveys on your smartphone, taking part in interviews, and receiving a sleep training session.
