Become an In-School Mentoring Volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters! Do you want to make a meaningful difference in the life of a child? Join our In-School Mentoring Program and become a positive role model for a young student in your community. About the Program: We match children and youth in grades 1-8 who have faced adversity with caring volunteer mentors. Together, you will share experiences, have fun, and build lasting memories in an elementary school setting. Time Commitment: Just 1 hour a week for the entire academic year. What & Where: You’ll be matched with a mentee in grades 1-8. Meetings will take place at the child’s school. Activities are based on shared interests, such as playing board games, creating crafts, or any other fun and engaging activities you both enjoy.
