PHSS Support Services (Volunteer PHSS Community Representative)

• Appropriate for volunteers aged 55 and over

PHSS is seeking volunteer Community Representatives and welcomes applicants who have a strong desire to support PHSS’ mission. Community Representatives are individuals who are appointed by the PHSS Board of Directors to serve on a committee. We are currently recruiting for Community Representatives to join the following committees: • Finance Committee • Communications and Public Relations Committee • Quality and People Supported Committee Responsibilities include: • attending and participating in Committee meetings regularly (in person and hybrid), as well as events and activities, which enhance PHSS’ profile and public image; • working collaboratively with other Community Representatives, PHSS Board members and PHSS senior managers; • encouraging open communication and respectful interaction; • embracing PHSS’ mission, vision, values, board policies and strategic direction fully (PHSS Vision and Mission); • and, complying with PHSS polices.
