Activity Assistant for Kid Food Nation – Dorchester @ Flight Exec Centre   This is a 6-week program provides a new theme each week that builds on prior weeks’ knowledge and skills. It encourages participants to develop confidence in their ability to cook and create a variety of meals and snacks on their own. These programs cover topics such as: cooking and food safety basics, following recipes, creating healthy meals, mindful eating, exploring where our food comes from, understanding food science and celebrating through food.
