Opportunity Description:

Do you want to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities? Join us at PHSS and be part of our mission to support individuals with developmental, medical, and/or complex physical needs to live in their own homes, and participate in community with family and friends! Time Commitment: 1-4 hours weekly for a minimum of 6 months. The Opportunity: You will be matched with a person(s) supported to build a meaningful connection and engage in shared activities (e.g. reading, art, cooking, games, community events, etc.).
