WE ARE RECRUITING Hotline Lead! Want to do your part to help people during the COVID-19 pandemic? The Good Neighbour Project London chapter is growing to support the most vulnerable in our communities! As a Hotline Lead, hone your leadership skills by supervising the GNP hotline, answering our hotline intake teams’ queries, mentor and guide the intakers on shift to ensure hotline is operating smoothly, and promptly mitigate and resolve any issues on intakers’ or requesters’ side. Priority will be given to those that are able to be on the hotline between 10am-4pm on a weekday.
