Opportunity Description:

Are you 55 or older and looking to make a meaningful difference? The Between Generations program at Big Brothers Big Sisters of London and Area might be just what you’re looking for. Through this 1:1 in-school mentoring program, you’ll be matched with a child in Grades 1 to 8 and meet with them at their school for one hour a week. Together, you’ll choose activities based on your shared interests – whether it’s playing a board game, doing a craft, or simply spending time together. Intergenerational programs like this foster inclusion and belonging by creating meaningful connections across generations and promoting mutual understanding.
