Opportunity Description:

Summary: Independence Summer Camp is for disabled individuals aged 18-35. This camp is a balance of both education and recreational curriculum. Independence Summer Camp is designed for individuals looking to learn about life skills, make friends, and try new things. We seek volunteers to support translation this year at camp between Arabic and English. This volunteer would be paired with an individual at camp and support in translation during lessons, activities and conversations. Dates: July 4-14: 9 am – 12 pm OR 1-3 pm Requirements: Ability to translate between English and Arabic Transportation to and from Lambeth is necessary Location: Lambeth, ON Contact: camp@larchelondon.org
