Opportunity Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Database analyst Volunteer to support to our Outreach department. Responsibilities: Depurate and complete information of our database by merging information of different files. Assist with data entry and record keeping, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. It include call different organizations. Carry out a search for new organizations to expand our database. What you will bring: Strong interpersonal and communication skills and problem – solving skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Be detail-oriented and like working independently. Familiarize with CRM platforms. Competence in the use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT platforms. Capability to operate in a multi-cultural setting. Knowledge of Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc) This is an unpaid volunteer position, but volunteers will gain valuable experience, as well as the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and mission-driven team.
