Opportunity Description:

Independence Summer Camp is an exceptional program specifically tailored for young individuals who are transitioning from high school to adult life. This camp provides a unique and empowering experience that aims to introduce and strengthen essential life skills while fostering a sense of community and offering exciting recreational opportunities. Camp Dates: Session 1: July 4-14 Session 2: July 17 – 28 Session 3: July 31 – Aug 11 (no camp August 7) Session 4: Aug 14 – 25 Hours: 8:30 – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday Location:  Covenant Christian School; 7 Howard Avenue; London, Ontario Volunteer Duties: Helping to facilitate camp programming Support with set up & clean-up of activities Working alongside campers during workshops and activities Accompanying campers on community outings Supporting campers in building new skills, friendships and interests Being responsible, supportive, flexible and positive
