A good time was had by over 6,500 at Whitby's Hometown Hockey

They came by the thousands over this past weekend to celebrate hockey in Whitby. Rogers Hometown Hockey, the travelling celebration of Canadian hockey that hits a town every weekend during the NHL hockey season, drew more than 6,500 residents, minor hockey players and members of the community to events at the Iroquois Park Sports Centre.
