To many, Jon DeActis is known to be a soft spoken and kind-hearted man who is there when those in need, need someone in their corner.
DeActis started out as a probation officer early in his career, moved into juvenile detention and then on with Mission Services of London at the Quintin Warner House, helping those dealing with addictions.
