The Alzheimer Society Southwest Partners is the local community agency dedicated to supporting individuals living with dementia and their care partners. We are part of a network of Alzheimer Societies operating across Ontario offering a variety of services in our region. Regional HIV/AIDS Connection (RHAC) is a volunteer-driven, non-profit, community-based organization serving London and six counties – Perth, Huron, Lambton, Elgin, Middlesex, and Oxford. We are a community-inspired organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and diverse communities living with, at-risk for, or affected by the challenges associated with HIV/AIDS/HCV. Our philosophy includes adherence to The Ontario Accord/GIPA (Greater Involvement of People Living with HIV/AIDS), Peer Engagement, Anti- Racism/Anti-Oppression (BIPOC*), Sex Positivity, Principles of Harm Reduction, Holistic Health, and Civil Society.

The London Vision-impaired curling group is one of many Vision-impaired curling programs that exist in curling centres throughout Ontario with recreational and competitive curlers, experienced coaches, and guides.

Single Women in Motherhood (S.W.I.M.) is a non-profit organization dedicated to offering single mothers hope, support, and guidance. We empower them to achieve a safe and secure future for themselves and their families through positive programs that promote financial, emotional, and personal growth, self-worth, and intellectual development. Our mission is to enrich the lives of single mothers and their families through accountability, responsibility, and a positive approach to personal development.

The London Scottish Rite Learning Centre provides free tutoring to children with dyslexia. We provide Orton-Gillingham Tutor Training Certification and all supplies. Volunteers provide 2-4 hours a week of their time. Candidates must have a post-secondary diploma, degree or certificate. The John Howard Society of London and District is a not-for-profit, charitable organization providing a broad range of evidence-based and outcome-driven community services in London and District. Our organization has a strong history of helping individuals and families who are at risk of, or who have come into conflict with the law.

Special Olympics Ontario/London is dedicated to enriching the lives of Londoners with an intellectual disability through sport. We support 18 different sports with over 400 athletes. Volunteer Opportunities: Assistant Coaches Time Commitment approx 1-2 hours/week

BGC London is a community organization that delivers safe and fun activities for children and youth whenever school is out. We also provide day-time programming for adults 50 and over. Our members benefit from development opportunities that foster leadership skills and provide practical work experience.
