LEADS Employment Services is a not for profit employment and skills development agency. Since 1986, we have been providing specialized and customized services for people with disabilities and/or employment-related barriers throughout Southwestern Ontario. At LEADS, Employment Specialists work with clients who need varying levels of assistance developing skills and accessing employment opportunities, and/or post-employment supports. We also work with employers who have hiring needs, including screening, matching, and on-boarding, and who want to save money and resources in training and accommodation recommendations. To date, LEADS has placed over 30,000 candidates with more than 16,000 employers and has helped thousands more develop life management, employment, community access, and life skills. For the fiscal year 2023‐2024 LEADS served over 2600 individuals and secured 829 employment placements and 36 youth volunteer placements.

With every pre-loved item you buy, dollars go into supporting our joint ministry with Bible League Canada. The net proceeds of all sales go towards funding local community initiatives and international programs in over 50 countries worldwide, so every donation, volunteer effort, and purchase impacts something greater.

Project IMPACK is a London, Ontario-based nonprofit dedicated to Inspiring Minds, Promoting Action and Creating Kindness. We believe that small acts of kindness can create meaningful change, and that everyone has the ability to make an IMPACK in their community. Through our initiatives and community events, we create opportunities for individuals, families, businesses and community groups to come together, share their time, talents and resources, and turn kindness into action. Creating Kindness Through Action Throughout the year, Project IMPACK organizes Random Acts of Kindness Days and other community initiatives designed to bring people together, support other non-profits and charities, spread positivity and encourage meaningful acts of kindness. We believe kindness is more than a one-day event - it is something we can all put into action every day. Year-Round Giving & Community Support Project IMPACK is also committed to year-round community support, helping address food and essential-item insecurity in our community. We collect and distribute non-perishable food, essential items, toys and gift cards throughout the year to support local families, individuals and community organizations, including Rotholme Family Home, Anova, Life*Spin, school communities and the London Food Bank. Our year-round giving efforts allow us to respond to community needs as they arise and provide support beyond individual events or specific times of year. Holiday Food & Toy Drive Each holiday season, Project IMPACK runs a multi-month Food & Toy Drive to bring the community together in support of local families and individuals experiencing food and essential-item insecurity. Through generous contributions from community members, businesses, schools and volunteers, we collect food, essential items, toys and gift cards to help provide holiday food and gift hampers to families in need. The campaign also supports local community organizations and food programs, with bulk food and essential items donations throughout the community. Our holiday campaign is about more than providing hampers - it is about bringing people together, creating a sense of community and making the holiday season a little brighter for local families. Izzat For Her is a youth-led menstrual equity initiative focused on improving access to period products, reducing menstrual stigma, and promoting dignity through education, advocacy, and community action. Our work aims to make menstrual products more accessible in everyday spaces such as schools, community centres, shelters, and other public or community settings. We also create educational resources, organize product drives, support awareness campaigns, and engage young people in meaningful volunteer and advocacy opportunities. Our goal is to move beyond awareness and create practical, reliable solutions that make menstrual access feel normal rather than exceptional. Izzat For Her welcomes volunteers interested in community outreach, events, education, advocacy, partnerships, social media, and menstrual product access initiatives.

Utsav bengali Association of London Ontario is a nonprofit organization connecting Bengalis of London, On and surrounding events. Our vibrant Bengali association, a cultural home away from home dedicated to preserving, celebrating, and passing down the rich heritage of Bengal. Every year, our community comes together with immense joy and devotion to celebrate Durga Puja and Saraswati Puja, keeping our timeless traditions, music, and art alive. At Volunteer London, we take pride in linking people with local nonprofit community organizations, supporting persons with disabilities, new Canadians, corporations and professionals connect to organizations in and around the city, helping individuals develop skills to advance their careers, and developing knowledge resources that support effective and efficient volunteer capacity.

Robin Hood Army Canada (RHAC) aims to serve and empower communities-in-need, and help eradicate homelessness in Canada through empathy, teamwork and awareness. The primary role of a Robin (volunteer of RHAC) is to deliver food, clothing and hygiene items to shelters in Ajax and Oshawa, to facilitate basic life skills workshops and create awareness. Volunteers are required on ongoing basis with most drives being carried out on weekends, and can devote time as convenient to them Volunteer roles include - -Robins deliver surplus or freshly prepared food from restaurants, events and homes, to homeless people, refugee families and shelters. They also deliver clothing, hygiene items or basic life skills workshops to people-in-need. During COVID-19 all pickups and drop-offs are contactless. -As a Robin, you can help from the comfort of your home – with social media, check-in calls, metrics, partnerships, IT, research, and looking at addressing some of the root causes of homelessness in your city. There is something for everyone to do. Volunteers are required to be over the age of 18. Once the registration form is submitted, our Onboarding Team will reach out to familiarize you with the needs, risks, actions, and expectations. Quality Connections Adult Day Services provides structured daytime care and support for adults in a safe, supervised, and inclusive environment. Our organization offers social, recreational, and wellness-based programs that promote independence, skill development, and community engagement for participants, including seniors and adults with physical or developmental disabilities. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life of each individual we serve by ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being through personalized attention and professional care. We operate with a commitment to safety, compassion, and compliance with all applicable health and care regulations.

The Good Neighbour Project is a volunteer initiative dedicated to providing on-the-ground support to connect vulnerable people with the groceries and necessities they need during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our hotline is set-up to connect all healthcare workers, seniors, persons with disabilities, those in self-isolation, pregnant, or parents/caregivers to our volunteers in London who are willing to assist in picking up and delivering groceries and supplies to those in need.

We are an official branch of Lions Club, an international community service organization. Each month we conduct service projects which may range from baking cookies for the Ronald McDonald House to attending the Santa Claus Parade in support of the London Food bank. We are always looking to add members to our club and help better serve the London community.

Parkinson Society Southwestern Ontario enhances the quality of life and care for people living with Parkinson’s in Southwestern Ontario. We strive to reach every person in Southwestern Ontario affected by Parkinson's by providing support, advocacy, education, and research for affected individuals.

The Shoebox Project for Women collects & distributes gift-filled Shoeboxes to women who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness in Canada, US and UK. For women who have been displaced from their homes and estranged from their families, special occasions can be particularly challenging. Often, women report feeling disconnected from society, invisible and alone. A Shoebox gift is a powerful reminder for a woman that she has not been forgotten and that she remains a valued and respected member of her community. For those giving gifts, The Shoebox Project is a tangible and creative opportunity to give back directly to someone in your very own community. It’s a small, simple gesture of kindness that has an immediate, positive impact on the woman who receives it.
