The London Track 3 Ski School is a non-profit association since 1987, and a leader in providing downhill ski and snowboarding programs for children and adults with a physical, developmental, visual and hearing challenges. London Track 3 has qualified instructors who have developed many techniques to assist challenged individuals in learning to downhill ski and snowboard and to enjoy these winter activities in a manner that is safe, while at the same time demanding of their physical abilities. During the 6 week program, commencing the second week in January, our goal is to engage our students in an exhilarating physical and social activity that to many was previously unavailable. The philosophy of the Association is that people with challenges should be given the chance to experience the joy and exhilaration of skiing and snowboarding while having equal access to high quality instruction and appropriate equipment in order to maximize skill development.

The MAPPED Lab is directed by Dr. Erin Kaufman in the Psychology Department at Western University. At the broadest level, we study how social contexts interact with biologically-mediated regulatory processes to eventuate in SII and BPD. Our goal is to advance research focused on improving health outcomes for those vulnerable to self-inflicted injury (SII), borderline personality disorder (BPD), and suicide.

The MS Canada provides services to people with multiple sclerosis and their families and funds research to find the cause and cure for this disease. We have a membership of over 7,000 and are the only national voluntary organization in Canada that supports both MS research and services. Since our founding in 1948, the core support of MS Canada has been from tens of thousands of dedicated individuals, companies and foundations in communities across Canada. MS Canada receives almost no funding from government. MS Canada is governed by a board of directors comprised of 14 volunteer members who are elected annually. Some 1,500 volunteers serve on MS Canada national, division and chapter boards and committees. An estimated 13,500 women and men are volunteers for service programs, fundraising events, public awareness campaigns and social action activities. Our Vision A world free of multiple sclerosis. MYSports London is a non-profit organization based in London, Ontario, dedicated to providing Muslim youth—and the broader community—with a supportive, Islamic environment to enjoy and compete in sports, particularly soccer. Their mission is to foster both athletic development and spiritual growth by promoting teamwork, inclusivity, and community unity. Programs and Structure MYSports London offers co-ed soccer programs for children aged 6 to 15. Games on Sundays: Held from 10 AM to 1 PM at Jesse Davidson Park (731 Viscount Rd) Weekly Practices: Conducted on Wednesdays at Kensal Park (150 Chelsea Ave), with sessions from 6–7 PM for ages U5–U8 and 7–8 PM for U10–U15. Younger children (ages 5–6) focus on skill development with a single weekly session, while older participants engage in both practices and games. All divisions are co-ed, and while the organization encourages players to build new friendships within their teams, they also accommodate requests for children to play on the same team as a friend when possible. Community and Values Rooted in Islamic principles, MYSports London emphasizes the concept of ummah—a sense of unity and togetherness—encouraging youth to view their teams as a family. This approach not only enhances the sporting experience but also strengthens community bonds and personal development.
