Special Olympics Ontario/London is dedicated to enriching the lives of Londoners with an intellectual disability through sport. We support 18 different sports with over 400 athletes.

Volunteer Opportunities: Team Manager and

Assistant Coaches for Youth 5 Pin Bowling

Time Commitment: 2 hours/week

Wednesdays - 6:00-8:00 pm - ASAP to April 21 2027

Location: Fleetway 40, 720 Proudfoot Lane

Assistant Coach role: This is a recreational group for athletes up to age 21 of all abilities. Our Assistant Coaches collect money and write receipts each week. They are there to encourage and cheering the Bowlers. In this program basic bowling skills are taught, building community with/ for athletes.

Team Manager role: The Team Manager will help support the Head Coach by taking weekly attendance, collecting funds from athletes, organizing a local tournament if applicable, communicating with athletes if practice is cancelled and other general administrative duties.
