There are 4 levels, with level 1 being for novice athletes on up to level 4 for the most skilled. In London we currently have athletes at levels 1 through 3. The apparatus/equipment used in the routines is 1) Clubs 2) Hoop 3) Ribbon 4) Rope 5) Ball .Each level learns 4 routines. Typically, the routines are under 1 minute in length. At a typical practice, athletes and coaches gather for the warm up, team dance and team cheer. (The team dance and team cheer are unique to London. This is something the young woman who started the program twelve or so years ago started and it has continued.) The athletes then divide into groups based on their level and the coaches work with them for the duration of the practice.
